Join the ITExperience Referral Program for Kenya and South Africa. We’re seeking 100 referrers in Kenya and 50 in South Africa—each can earn $1 for every engaged participant (up to 100 per person) they refer. Deadline to apply is January 19th, 2026. Participants will be announced on Friday, January 23rd, 2026. It’s first come, first served—apply immediately! The program starts in February 2026. How the Referral Program Works

• Sign up for a free ITExperience course and complete it. 

• Upload your certificate to join the referral program. 

• Refer friends in Kenya or South Africa (they must not have an existing IBM SkillsBuild account). 

• Your referrals must complete our orientation program and download their certificate. 

• Earn $1 for every referred learner who completes orientation—up to 100 paid referrals per person! 

• For Kenya: 100 people can participate. For South Africa: 50 people can participate.

• Deadline to apply is January 19th, 2026. • Participants will be announced on Friday, January 23rd, 2026. 

• First come, first served—apply immediately! 

• Program starts in February 2026.

Who Can Join?

Anyone in Kenya (100 slots) or South Africa (50 slots), 18+, who completes an ITExperience course and uploads their certificate.

What Counts as an Engaged Learner?

Your referral must finish orientation and download their completion certificate. We only pay for engaged learners who complete this step.

How Do I Get Paid?

We’ll contact you for payment details once your referrals are verified as engaged learners.
